Hey guys as of now I'm around 1 month (full 31 days or so) And everything is healing great. I'm so glad to out of that compression garment that has been making everyday movement a pain. My right chest is healing fine little to non scar tissue but there still is some, however my left chest still has some scar tissue. My concern is I think my docter liposuctioned one side more than the other. One chest sort of sticks out more. My Nipples arent puffy at all so If I get my bodyfat to maybe 10ish Percent will the remainder fat on my chest also go away?

One month is much too early to make a final decision on your surgical outcome.  There are just too many things still actively happening, including formation of scar tissue, swelling, etc.  Why begin to worry about something that may not require attention? -- at least at this point.

Best to follow your surgeon's instrux and give it at least several months (ideal 4-6 months) before making a final evaluation -- and then if there is a problem, discuss it with your surgeon.
