I have noticed mine getting a little worse with lifting weights as I am trying to get into shape and loose weight but that's just with me.

if u have gland, lifting weights will make the gyn worse, becouse the breastmuscle will push the gland out more so it will make the breast look bigger.

the muscle pushes the gland out. but focusing on upper chest and shoulders back and legs will really help make it not noticeable.

i have been a lifter for years. and i still have the puffy nips gyne, and getting my surgery this summer, i speak for myself, the more workout i do the better my chest contour gets, im not saying the puffy nips go away, but it definitely makes my chest look square. but you still need the surgery to fix this prob.  :)

it might make the glands a little worse but it will look alot better if the glands are sticking out on a ripped chest..
