What sorts of things can I do to work out the muscles in my back?
My workout is kind of messed up right now: I do arms, chest, shoulders on one day. Next I'm supposed to do my back and stomach. Then the last day I do legs.
I'm just stuck because I don't know exactly how to work out my back very well.

Seated shoulder presses
Deadlifts
Bar bell rows
Weighted sit ups
Bar bell shrugs
thats what i do for mine..

i do:
pullups
lat pull-downs
this lift with a t-bar between my legs that i do lateral raises on
seated row pull into chest

good mornings
weighted rows
when you do your pulldowns lean back and go slow
situps (mad amounts)

lat pull downs
seated rows
pull-ups
t-bar lateral raises
bent-over rows
