When can i start indoor tanning after the op?

I tanned in a bed about a week after surgery, but I put those little tanning stickers over the scars on my nipples.  I wouldnt do it if you dont cover the scars.  General consensus is as long as you can wait. Some say up to six months...

Tanning will had a negative effect on the scars. Even if scars are covered, your body's immune system is impaired by the exposure leaving less reserve for your body to heal post-op.

I tought sun was healthy (producing vitamins) if you dose your exposure adequatly

The sun plus Vit D and Calcium= bone growth. Nothing else.
