Hi My name is mike ive had puffy nipples since i was 12, im 18 now. im pretty sure theyre not gonna go away, but when looking into surgery its going to cost 5000 which i def dont have either does my family.  are there any other ways of fixing this rediculous problem?

Please answer with suggestions

Sorry bud. Unless is is caused by being overweight, surgery is the option.

Ya man, as far as I know/read surgery is the only way to go.  I've had mine since 13, now 21, and at one point in time I was at 12% body fat and still had puffy nips.
