Title: Puffy areolas caused by excess skin

Anyone hear of having puffy nipples/areaolas CAUSED by excess skin. Was told that if you have excess skin you will still have puffy nips even after gland removal and lipo? Only way to get rid of excess skin is to have a "lift". A lift leaves a nasty scar all the way around the areola. Thoughts?

From what I read its more common in people who fluctuate in weight and muscle mass.

g18 do you areolas tighten and shrink up when you are cold or stimulate them by touch?

What I was told is when there is no excess skin issue in the chest it keeps the muscle cells within the areola contracted. Thus, keeping a "cold" tight areaola appearance. Thoughts?
