I recently had surgery about a week ago and most of the pain is gone. The only part of my body that still is painful is the nipples where the doctor did the incisions and underneath the nipple itself. Now, I noticed my nipples have been reduced but they point out the tiniest amount. I was wondering if they are still swollen or did the doctor just not remove enough gland? Thanks.

Give it at least 6 months man. Scar tissue takes its good sweet time to settle down.
