Title: Gynecomastia Symptoms - New Page - Looking for Comments
Post by: DrBermant on May 05, 2008, 06:29:43 AM
I did not like what I found on the internet for this issue so I just added a resource for Gynecomastia Symptoms (http://plasticsurgery4u.com/procedure_folder/male_breast/gynecomastia_symptoms.htm) on my site.  I tried putting up there the major issues.  The problem with this topic is that Gynecomastia has so many different causes (http://www.plasticsurgery4u.com/procedure_folder/male_breast/causes_of_gynecomastia.html). Each cause has its own symptoms and characteristics that are, strictly not gynecomastia itself.

Any comments or suggestions?

Hope this helps,

Thanks doc! It's answers basically every single question about gynecomastia.

that's a very useful resource, thanks.

one question about hormone levels; if you're potentially in the early stages of gynecomastica, might increasing your testosterone levels prevent the gyne becoming any more severe?

If low testosterone is a problem, getting it addressed first may help.  Such issues are best discussed with an endocrinologist.

My slight case of gyno subsided when I started taking testosterone to combat low test levels
