Can I now take off my tensor bandage permanently or is it more of a gradual phasing out thing? Also when can I start to sleep on my stomach?

ask your doc when you can take it off. I would say that if it is still sore then you should leave it on... for comfort sake if nothing else.

sleeping on your stomach is much the same. whenever it feels comfortable. although, that is really bad for your spine anyways, as my chiropractor is fond of telling me  :)
