Title: Gyne going away?

Is there any way of knowing that my gyne is going away? Im 17 years old and have had it since I was about 12-13. I think that my nipples are getting less  puffier but i still have that chest fat there, So I was just wondering..?

Please tell me what you know :)

When it does shrink, it does so slowly. The change is not too evident in weeks, but over several months or even a couple of years.  If the condition has not changed in a couple of years, it will not likely change and surgery would be the only way to get rid of it.
