I just had my surgery a few days ago and am getting the drains taken out today, finally. I've come across a few things saying that certain products like Nalgene water bottles or certain plastics may affect estrogen levels and cause gyno to come back and such as people have had recurrences. I'm just wondering what kinds of things I should avoid now and if the water bottle thing is that serious. I use a damn Nalgene water bottle.

Those statements start with a true statement and then add so many what ifs and maybes that they become all encompassing and meaningless.
It is not physically possible to avoid everything that someone thinks is potentially harmful.

I wouldn't worry about that to much. I agree with Paa
