Yep, you do have gyno.

You areolas are puffy, that means that you've got glandular growth below your nipples. Also, you've got a good amount of fat around your chest, that, if you're not overweight, would mean that you have a little more severe case.

Definately have some glandular mass behind your aerola. Sorry man, but you got some gyne there. Id probaly rate it a 5 out of 10 on severity of the gyne. Nothing too severe, but gyne is always severe to whoever the sufferer is.

Yes you do have gyne, comparing the amount of gyne to your weight, its not a huge amount but also not a small one. Surgery is the only way to fix it.

Looks like classic glandular puffy nips to me.  I was in the same boat and gland excision did the trick.  Good luck.
