Title: Im 21, Have Gyne/Puffy Nipples? Want Surgery and or need advice =)

Just what the title says, im 21, have had this since i was 14 or so, have always gone to the gym and taken care of myself, these never go away. My nipples use to be inverted and i got them pierced to have the problem taken care of, and it seemed as if after that it all went down hill from there...
