Focus on Laser Lipo ( smartlipo) with or without Vaser

Instead of the high pressure suction used in traditional liposuction, Laserlipo uses a laser to melt the fat which can then be gently removed with low pressure aspiration ( suction ). This treatment can be enhanced by using Vaser-ultrasound to help liquify the fat before the laser.  Vaser ultrasound assisted Laserlipo shortens the procedure time and allows for greater volumes of fat to be removed. Up to 2 litres at one sitting. Combining the laser and ultrasound is therefore good for treating larger areas such as the abdomen, sides and thighs.

http://hansplace.com/ (http://hansplace.com/)  is in Kensington, London.

You can see the procedure here from TV's 'This Morning' Programme.

If the ultrasound liquifies the fat would it be taken up by the body without the need for incision and suction?

Yes, the body metabolises it and you basically 'pee' it out.

The problem of this of course in Gynecomastia is that you cannot do that to breast tissue (only fat), and also the amount that can be 'zapped' for safety reasons, would be lower than Lipo. So if you have chronic health problems or (for sure) Kidney problems there's no way you can have this done incase it gives you a serious 'toxic load'.

I think they're talking 2L of fat that would come out, rather than up to 5L in a Lipo operation where it's physically suctioned out.

I think this is great for someone who has Fat Gyne, who's probably been to the Gym and it won't shift?

For those of us who have obvious breast 'tissue'  (True Gynecomastia) - I can't see how this would be a wonder treatment, because to my knowledge, tissue cannot be melted away like fat can with this treatment.

Good info though, and interesting to see there are other options.
