Title: Scar tissue on the next day?

I had excision surgery yesterday.
Left side is swelling, but looks fine.


Right side has fluid (and squishy) and some hard tissue under the nipple.
Can scar tissue form that quickly?


I know it isn't gland because my surgeon said he didn't leave any.

I felt a little squishy hardish tissue right under the nipple after surgery, i just kept the vest on tight and it went away.
