Has anyone ever used ice to speed up the healing process? In the note books that i got from my doc, it said i could ice my chest within 48 hours after my surgery.
i am healing pretty slow, I went to the Pharmacy and they dont have Arnica gel. So, should i just ice my chest , use Icey Hot or just do nothing?
