Title: How bad is my gyno?

hi guys, am a bit concern about my gyno; and wanted to get second opinion from you.

please have a look at the photos attached and suggest if gland tissue present; or just fat.

I've had a consultation with a cosmetic surgeon; and recommended lipo is sufficient for my case.

I would say not too bad probably only because my case is a little worse. Well in my opinion a lot worse. I had lipo a little over 2 months ago and it was a COMPLETE WASTE of money! 3500 down the drain. How I wish I could take that back! Seriously I do not see a change except for a bunch of  messed up scars. I paid 3500 dollars for scars. I'm so pissed and now too broke to have a revision.
I would highly recomended getting a second, third....even fourth opinion on your surgery.  But no, I don't think your chest is that bad.
