Hello, I'm new to this site. I'm 29 and just recently scheduled a surgery with a respected plastic surgeon in my area, his name is Dr. Tilman Ferbert, practicing out of Franfurt Germany, has anyone heard of him? Anyway, I'm fairly fit, but the doctor says I need lypo suction in order to fill the crater thats left when the glandular tissue is removed. Two questions: 1) is that normal? (to fill the pit with fat using lypo). 2) If I gain more muslce mass (become fitter) will my body burn the fat deposited under the nipple? I have gained some weight during winter, and I like to run alot. But Im not sure what will happen to the fat deposited under my areolas if I burn a lot of fat? I hope it will not make my nipples concave...Doctors...?

I've never heard of anything like that, most surgeons will leave a small bit of gland to stop the nipple from caving in/support the nipple. You should post in the "ask a doctor" section if they don't post here.
