Title: Does getting the surgery change sperm in males? since the chest changes?

I know this may be a stupid question but just wondering? Have no knowledge in this field

Both low sperm count and gynecomastia can be influenced by the hormonal axis. There are several conditions that can cause both a low sperm count and gynecomastia.

Gynecomastia itself is a condition and does not cause other medical problems. However, medicine is so interconnected that there can be issues. Living with gynecomastia can be stressful and lead to depression. this can then cause a low sperm count.
