Title: How big is the hard gland?

I think I might have puffy nipple gyne under my left nipple but I'm not sure.  If I press down really hard underneath it I can sometimes feel something hard, about the size of a bb.   But, I can't always feel it. 

 Could this be the gland that I hear people talking about?  I always assumed the gland would be bigger.

JJ1, it really depends..  glands can be small or can be big depends on what grade of gyne you have.. check with you endocrinologist/GP... Goodluck mate..

If its the size of a bb i can't imagine you'd even see it so the gland wouldn't be the cause of your moobs I think.

If it helps, mine was about the size of a malteser. It's not always rock hard either, it can be softer (but still harder than the surrounding tissue).
