Title: do i have gyno? plz help

hi, im 19 years old, 180cm tall and hovering the 200ibs area, some times a few pounds over it and some times a few pounds under, im slightly chubby but ive lost some weigh but my chest hasn't gotten any smaller, my nipples are very puffy and when i touch it it feels like there are little lumps underneath it but the rest of chest feels firm, my nipples arent very sensitive, so is this gyno? can anyone help, btw i do workout regularly and i focus on my chest often to no avail. ur help in appreciated

eat clean and hit the gym HARD. In the meantime save up and get surgery man. Just do it!
