Hello,
I forgot to ask my doctor and the office is closed till Monday. I will be getting my surgery done in 2 weeks but I was wondering if its OK to take Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein? I know I shouldn't take anything with Vitamin E and Fish Oil as it will thinning my blood but I forgot to ask him about Whey.
