i suffer from gyno since i was 14 i am 19 now. can anybody tell me what is my case and what doctor to consult.

Correction would entail surgery with both liposuction and excision.In addition to optimize your results diet and exercise would be an important component of your overall treatment.You should increase the size of pectoral muscles through exercise. You should also use aerobic exercise and control your diet to lower your BMI to enhance your final result.

Agree with Dr. Pensler. You are overweight and would benefit from appropriate diet and exercise. You also have gyne and you may find that it does get a bit better with weight loss -- but it will never disappear entirely.
You may find that with weight loss, that you can "live" with it.
