Hey, I'm about a year post op now. I'm 17 and I'm in really good shape. Anyway, everything has been perfect until this morning when I woke up and my left nipple was like swollen and tender with some pain. It's feeling a little better now I guess, but does anyone know the cause or what it is? Will it go away? Thanks.

After this long it is unlikely to be connected with your surgery in any way.
There is no way a person could tell what is going on remotely. You'll need to exercise a bit of patience and see your doctor in a few days if it persists.

Yep there is no way to tell whats going on.See you doctor. But I will take this opportunity for a public service announcement - check your "boys" every now and then. Google how to do a self testicular exam. We do a great job asking women to do self exams in the shower, but never us guys.
