Hey serg when u had yr op as a day case, was u put under G.A or local sedation???

hi mate,

I was put under general. I arrived at the hospital at about 8am, and was taken into theatre at 11 and bought back to my room at 1pm after being given the ok by the anathesist.

I was discharged at around 4, but left at around 6 as my parents wanted to wait for the traffic to die down.

My surgeon told me at my original consultation that he does this proceedure routinely as a day case, but if there are any problems such as lots of bleeding etc, he keeps patients in overnight.
