Depending on hormonal changes and weight changes sometimes the tissue can grow back.

Sometimes there can be "accessory" breast tissue. Usually this is in the upper chest towards the armpit. If the major breast tissue in the center has been removed this might cause a slight increase, either real or relative, in the appearance of the accessory breast tissue.
