Title: Local time

Due to a privacy concern, I deleted my account and posts. Now that it's resolved, I re-registered. But I can't remember how to adjust my local time. My actual local time is 3 hours behind the time shown on the posts and in my profile. How do I change the local time in my profile?

That's my post above, using my previous ID. The "local time" problem is now solved.
