Title: Sore shoulders

Hey there. Had surgery 2 days ago, and my shoulders,traps area is so sore and my neck is very stiff. Is this common because of the compression vest?

Replying to this for future reference for anyone looking into this. I recall my upper body being fairly sore and stiff in the beginning. The vest itself already adds some tension to that area. If you have a strap on the vest that goes over your shoulder/trap, then it may need a little extra slack on it.
