Title: Can anyone look at my photos and tell me if i have gynecomastia?

i have been working out in gym and losing weight and gaining muscle all over my body, except chest. the chest still looks loose. do you think i have it or am i overthinking it? should i have surgery or just accept it?

Some men can't accept gyno under any circumstances, myself I need a 46H bra to support the breast that I have however at nearly 59 and after 8 surgeries for more serious issues some that caused the big breast, they are not an issue with me or my wife and children.
