I have had gynecomastia surgery 6 weeks ago but i am not happy with results. Now i wanna go through revision surgery can you please tell me how long should i wait for revision surgery. What should be the gap between original and revision surgery.

It is much to early to draw any conclusions about the results of your surgery -- much less the need for any possible revision surgery. You must be patient and allow the healing process to proceed.
You should be in touch with your surgeon about your concerns. But above all, be patient. If any revision is contemplated at all, it should not be done until at least six or more months have passed.

It depends on what was done or not done and what you look like at this point in time. I would be happy to see a few photos to get a better understanding of the issues.

It is too early to know the final results nor what would be needed to improve the results. It is all conjecture at this point. That does not mean you shouldn't discuss your concerns with your surgeon, who knows best exactly what was done. Follow your surgeon's advise for now. I think that it takes about three months to see roughly the final result though I would wait til the six month point before performing revisional surgery.
