Title: Who are considered the best surgeons worldwide?

I am going to get surgery at some point in the not to distant future to remove my gyno. My GP said i definitly have quite a bad case. I really want as much of it removed as is possible. I want a flat chest. Who are the top surgeons worldwide, as i wont let distance be a factor in this at all. Any input is greatly appreciated.

From what I've seen Bermant is at the top.  There may be others as good, but he shows more successful cases than any other docs I've seen.

Mr Paul Levick is very highly recommended in the UK section

Dr. Bermant in Virginia; Dr. Hamas in Dallas, TX. Sure there's more.
