Title: Reshaping your pectroal muscles?
Post by: MonarchX on July 21, 2006, 06:51:16 PM
After surgery, and having like all fat and gland removed (and I mean there is just SKIN on there!), my chest looks muscular on top but QUITE flabby on the buttom and sides...no muscle was removed.

Is it going to be possible to gain muscle in those areas?

Also, I had lipo, and I am not feeling any inside scarring - is that good or bad?  Do scars always appear?

I think a combination of some lean muscle gain and cardio may help to bulk up and tighten up those areas.

of course you can gain muscle. the skin will tighten up and working out will still work.

So like, when you build up muscle, will you look like a regular person with a regular chest building up muscle? Like, if you burn off the excess fat and all...

Sorry for asking a question within a thread.
