Title: Specific workouts?

Well, I'm obviously new here..I've looked at other's pictures and I'm still not sure if I do have Gynecomastia. I suppose I will post some pictures once I get around to it though.

But what are some nice workouts to help improve the pecs area? I don't really have any workout machines or anything so I'm hoping to find something I can do without having to buy a 900 dollar workout machine or anything..

I think certain types of exercise makes your gyne look maybe a little less noticable.

First of all, everyone's gyne is a little different. We all have gland/fat deposits in different amounts and in different areas of the chest.

For me, since most of my fat was in my lower chest, it worked well to do a lot of incline presses. This helped me to build size on my upper pec.

You have to know your chest and what exercise works best for you.
