Title: Please can i have your help
Post by: jayjay87 on August 25, 2006, 01:17:23 PM: I was just wondering if you guys think i have gynecomastia. I believe i have a mild case, but although mild my puffy nipples have ruined my life i havent gone topless on a beach in years, and i only wear certain clothes as some clothes hide it better then others.

Post by: jc71 on August 25, 2006, 07:33:47 PM: Pictures 2 & 4 show a mild case of gyne. Try to have a trusted friend take a few pictures a couple feet away.

Thanks for your swift replies. I forgot to mention that i can feel something like hard behind my nipples and i can pinch it, it feels like little lumps.

Ive tried exercising loads, and lifted weights to try stop them being puffy however it didnt work, i no that it may only be mild but it really bothers me and i wanna get rid of the problem so much.

My case was worse than yours and I did okay with the women.

Anyone ever tease you about this btw?

In answer to how long i have had it, ive noticed it for a number of years, im 19 now and i can remember noticing it from about 14 onwards. In the last year or so i have lost a few pounds tho. I no that theres tons of guys on this board who have much worse cases then mine and i understand that many people may be annoyed about me posting considering i have a mild case, however a day doesnt go by when i dont get annoyed about it.

Would a surgeon consider fixing a mild case like mine, or recommend i just leave it?
