Im asking just about the same queston as everyone else, is this gynecomastia? I'm 15, 6ft and 150 lbs. I may be over exaggerating about it though because im so self-consious about it.

yes it is.  mild case, but all it takes to get grief from your peers and add discomfort to living.  at your age you might have a shot at it going away, especially if an endocrinologist suggests something to help, but how long have you had it now?

This is about the 4th year. Think i might luck out and it'll go away?

first or second year you might have had a shot but now much less likely.  but talk to the endo anyway, see if the hormones are still irregular and/or he has any suggestions.

Wow, this looks EXACTLY like my case of gyno but maybe a little puffyr nips and I have a little bit more outline on my abs and chest

Slight case, but still pretty damn annoying.
