2 months post op. revision?

Feels like I still have large glands behind nipple. Did doc fail to remove tissue or can scar tissue feel just like gyno.  Nips are still just as puffy. Got surgery done for free in Canada by general surgeon.  For some reason it won't let me choose a file to upload off my phone

Best to return to your surgeon for follow up evaluation.  If you were initially flat and even, then it is possible that you are developing scar tissue.  And scar tissue can sometimes be treated with an injection of cortisone.
