almost 2 years later, not satisfied

I had surgery done almost 2 years ago for my gynecomastia and i still have puffy nipples. Theres tissue beneath the nips on both sides still, i believe its scar tissue but i'm really not sure. Is there any way to tell if it is or not? and if it is what can i do to get rid of it?

I am in the same boat as you. I have cratering in one nipple and puffiness in the other. I also have obvious scarring running through one of my nipples which makes it look even more deformed. I basically now have an "inney" and an "outy". I want to know how much it will cost to correct this and if my previous surgeon should be trusted to do the correction.
