Do I have gyno?

I'm 18, 6 feet tall, weigh about 170 pounds...

I used to be pretty chubby back when I was 12-ish and I developed puffy nipples.

When I touch my nipples, they just feel kind of soft and I don't feel any lumps behind them.

Should I be able to get rid of them w/o surgery? Or is it the only option at this point?

Americans are so tall especially you're just 18. LOL I'm 21 and im just 5'6 with gyne how sad.
