drugs prescribed by doctors

can a drug prescribed by a doctor have an effect on puffy nipples? say for instance the drug fights against allergies, for instance zyrtec. could that be the underlying problem? i haven't really researched what is in the zyrtec because i don't know what to look for in the medicine.
