Yes it is gynecomastia, and surgery is your only option to rid yourself of it!

Please find a good surgeon n ask him all ur questions. Read bout crater deformity . ask him as in whole gland should be removed n also skin tightening if ull require. From where r u in india?? Also ask about recovery n wat will be the procedure
