Has anyone had an incision under the armpit? (Dr. Dr. Wilcox)

Has anyone had an incision under the armpit to remove the gland from puffy nipples??  Makes me nervous because if it works so well why doesn't everyone use it??  How is the scar also?

If he put it there to only do lipo it wont work,I had that done and he said wait 6 months and nothing happened. You have to have incision under the aureola also. But like I said did he just do lipo?

I haven't had the surgery.  I have almost no body fat and he says the ultrasonic thing will break up some of the gland, then he will use a multi jointed cutting tool to remove the rest. (all from an incision under the armpit).
