One sided gyne - nipple shrink ? -picture inside-

Hi all, I took the decision to get the surgery this winter. Right now I'm at the ultrasound step, wich is wednesday, hoping I can get under the knife fast !

I have a question, since my gyne is one-sided, I have a nipple way bigger than the other, will it shrink to normal size after the surgery? Like I said I haven't got the ultrasound yet but I can garanty you that I will need gland removal throught the nipple.

Any input/experience about nipples shrinking?
