i was at this formula one event today, and becuase of the hot weather, lots of men walked around without shirts on.

i saw several men with mild gynecomastia, who were completely oblivious to their condition. However, all the men that i noticed were also slightly fat too.

I think im too skinny for it to be disguised by body fat.

Some men accept their gynecomastia and still lead happy healthy lives. Others, like myself, don't accept their gynecomastia and are (SOON) getting surgery to get rid of the problem . Its not about whether your 'fat' or 'skinny'. If your gynecomastia affects you on a daily basis, than you should do something about it.
