puffy areolas

My breasts at 29 have begun budding idk why been to 2 GPs and an endo with no luck. My semen is clearer than usual and libido is dead pretty much so i know somethings going on but i am not gonna self med and make things worse somehow. My breasts have begun puffing out at the areola...i see this a lot on here it seems and curious what causes it, does it go away, or only as breasts enlarge if they continue to do so. Honestly i am ok with the breasts at a small a i can pass as pecs still but the swollen areola got me self concious now

Age 29 is unusual for the pubertal fluxes of hormones to be responsible.  Would thus check your hormones with an endo (or get a second endo opinion).  The other possibility is growth secondary to any medication that you may be taking, whether legal or illicit.  And when all else fails, it may be that it will settle down by itself, with no external help.  Sometimes we just can't pin down a cause.
