:puffy nipple problem

I am suffering from puffy nipples since puberty so I usually tend to abstain from activities which involve me removing my shirt.
I have been goin thrgh the post frm various members regardin their surgery.
In my case the areola shrinks whenever its cold outside else it s puffed up.

I am not overweight i exercise regulary.If ppl could evaluate my pics and rate the condition on a scale of 10 wld be helpful.

I would rate that as a 1 or 2. Only in the second picture of "cold" can you slightly notice it, and even then that's pushing in. I personally definitely wouldn't get the surgery, but then again I guess I'm coming from the perspective of someone who has it way worse.

I had a very similar case. I would give it a 5. If you want to live a normal life without fear of having to take off your shirt or wear 3 layers in the summer, then get the surgery as soon as you can. Its not going to go away on its own

I would give it a 2, but on a binary scale it is a '1' if it bothers you enough to impact your daily life.

Do they show through your shirt badly or is it just noticeable when your shirt is off?
