Puffy Nipples? Or gyno?

I'm not sure what I have. Is it gyno? My nipples are really soft and puffy. I'm 18 years old. I really want to know how to improve my situation. Thanks.

Honestly, I still don't really know the difference between puffy nipples and Gyno. I always thought it was the same.

Your nipples look exactly like mine do though, and I definitely have gyno. Check and see if there is hardened jelly-like stuff or a dime-sized lump behind your nips. If there is it's most definitely gyno.

It's the glands that causes the puffiness from what I've heard and yours is a mild case of gyno as i got the same. I'm planning on having a surgery with either Paul levick or Alex karidis in UK soon!

Definitely puffy nipples, which is a form of gynecomastia.  Whether you have additional excess tissue on your chest will be determined when you consult with a surgeon.
