I've got Gynecomastia
and my nipples are not puffy
but the brown area is alil bit large
it's about 2 or 3 cm
but the nipples are not puffy
no swelling I mean
 
will the brown area be reduced after surgery ?
it's very unnormal now ! i mean how spread it's !

2 to 3 cm areola diameter is not really large for a male, unless the body is very tiny.  Here is an example of male with large areola complication.

Puffy Nipples can be distressing to live with.  With my Dynamic Technique I target the gland first and this flattens the nipple areola projection.  Areola diameter also typically shrinks nicely as you can see in the collection of before and after surgery nipple areola galleries links below.
