Scar Tissue Causing Puffy Nipple?

I had and excision performed to remove gland from one side and now the nipple seem to look puffy but there is no gland. could this be caused by scar tissue?

Probably.  When did you have the op?

If you nipples were flat right after surgery and they puffed up again a month or so later then it is most likely scar tissue.

If they were puffy right after surgery then it is not quite so clear cut.
