Today i got out of the shower and put a towel on and went in my living room i sat down and started listening to my ipod. I thought my mom went to work and i was examining my puffy nipples and squeezing them to see how bad they were. and when i was doing that my mom was came up and i didn't hear my mom come in. I was/am so embarrassed and ashamed. i didn't know what to say all i just said "mom do you thinks my nipples are weird" and she just said no don't worry about it.I know I have a moderate case. My only constantion is at least i had a towel on. Has anything like this ever happend to any of you?

At least is was just your "nipples" you were squeezing.  Could have been much worse!
