still have puffy nipple with fluid

Hello, So I had revision surgery to take cut off some of my nipple pad. My left is very flat, but my right one is still puffy and it seems as if it is full of fluid. I will see my doctor this Friday and it will be 5 weeks from the revision surgery. Does anyone know if they(doctors) will drain the nipple with a needle or something? Please respond if you had a similar exprerience. Thanks
